Focus on the purpose of your feet! In this session you will learn and experience how your feet influence our entire body from alignment to amazing posture. If you have back, knee, neck pain, etc., then many of the ailments could come from the feet from wearing incorrect shoes to poor training. Leave with the purposeful program you can do anywhere any time and feel amazingly different!
