RECIPE OF THE MONTH

INGREDIENTS

1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed

1 large garlic clove, roughly chopped

2 Tbsp tahini
-
2 Tbsp lime juice, plus lime wedges for garnish

½ tsp kosher salt
-
½ tsp ground cumin
-
½ tsp ground coriander
-
2 Tbsp water
Black Bean Hummus

DIRECTIONS
1. Add beans, garlic, tahini, lime juice, salt, cumin, coriander and water to a food processor. Process until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add more water, if desired, to make a looser dip.
2. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with scallions and lime wedges, if desired.
3. Serve with tortilla chips and/or bell peppers.
