Kelsey “Cece” Reeder, DCN, RD

Kelsey is a registered dietitian (RD) with a background in clinical nutrition and dietetics, sports nutrition, and intuitive eating. As a RD, Cece provides evidenced-based information and recommendations to help clients reach their goals. 

Cece holds a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from Fairfield University and has previously worked in the in-patient, out-patient, and private practice settings. 

Outside of work, Cece enjoys teaching barre classes, reading, and trying new recipes!

Stacy Kennedy

Stacy Kennedy is a program development executive, nutrition & fitness expert, educator, and keynote speaker with 20+ years experience helping companies and professionals bridge business development endeavors with the latest discoveries in nutrition science.

Her career highlights include collaborating with the industry’s top nutrition and technology talent to pioneer programs, platforms, and products from the ground up that re-engineered healthy eating experiences and transformed how people approached their health. She has served on scientific advisory boards and held executive VP & Chief level positions in start-up companies.

Stacy holds a B.S. degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She’s a Board-Certified Specialist in Nutrition, an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Fitness Specialist, adjunct faculty in the graduate school of nutrition at Simmons University teaching entrepreneurship, worked for 20 years as a Sr. Clinician at Harvard Medical School Teaching Affiliate Hospitals in Boston, mainly focused in oncology, and Co-Founded her private practice, Wellness Guides, LLC.

A recognized thought leader and media personality, Stacy speaks all over the world on the topics of nutrition science, weight loss, behavioral change, and entrepreneurship.
