Practicing Yoga

Pilates Fusion

This dynamic workout will blend core strengthening principles of traditional pilates with elements from other fitness modalities such as yoga, barre, and strength training. This fusion class creates a well-rounded class designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and mobility while focusing on body alignment and stability.

Equipment: Mat/Light Weights/Pilates Ball

Yoga Sculpt

This class combines yoga-inspired movement with strength training and light cardio for a full-body workout. Using bodyweight and optional dumbbells, you'll build strength, improve balance, and increase endurance while maintaining a focus on mindful movement and mobility. 

Equipment: Mat

Functional Strength

This class is designed to improve overall strength, balance, stability, and mobility through purposeful, full-body exercises. Workouts incorporate bodyweight movements and optional equipment, with modifications available to accommodate different fitness levels.

Equipment: Mat 

HIIT Strength & Core

This class combines high-intensity intervals of a traditional HIIT workout with targeted core strengthening exercises. The class is designed to improve both strength and endurance while focusing on your core muscles for better stability, posture, and overall power.

Equipment: Mat, dumbbells

Total Body Conditioning

This high-energy class is designed to challenge your entire body with a mix of strength, cardio, and core training. Using a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises, you’ll move through circuits and intervals that build endurance, improve muscle tone, and boost overall fitness.
