Pilates Fusion
This dynamic workout will blend core strengthening principles of traditional pilates with elements from other fitness modalities such as yoga, barre, and strength training. This fusion class creates a well-rounded class designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and mobility while focusing on body alignment and stability.

Yoga Sculpt
This class combines yoga-inspired movement with strength training and light cardio for a full-body workout. Using bodyweight and optional dumbbells, you'll build strength, improve balance, and increase endurance while maintaining a focus on mindful movement and mobility.
