Pilates Fusion
This dynamic workout will blend core strengthening principles of traditional pilates with elements from other fitness modalities such as yoga, barre, and strength training. This fusion class creates a well-rounded class designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and mobility while focusing on body alignment and stability.

Core Mobility
This class will focus on enhancing range of motion, flexibility, and overall mobility of the body, with an emphasis on the core muscles. This class will incorporate exercises and movements that target the trunk - such as the abs, lower back, and hips - along with other areas that contribute to functional movement and stability.

Stretch & Flow
A gentle and rejuvenating workout designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness through a combination of stretching and fluid, flowing movements.

A Flowing style of yoga where movement is synchronized with breath. "Vinyasa" translates to "breath-synchronized movement."
