RECIPE OF THE MONTH | SEPTEMBER | BeMe2023
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup low fat milk (or unsweetened almond, oat or non dairy milk of choice)
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
1 apple, diced
1 Tbsp pecans, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
In a small Mason jar or container add oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon. Mix to combine.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Remove lid and heat if desired in microwave.
When ready to eat add in diced apple. Top with pecans.
